Hi, I'm Randy, owner of Owens Land Services LLC. I started this business because I enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and helping homeowners improve and maintain their property. Whether it's repairing a gravel driveway, preparing a garden, or clearing an overgrown field, I take pride in providing quality work and treating every project with care.
Owens Land Services started pretty simply. I already owned equipment, enjoyed using it, and found myself helping friends and neighbors with projects around their properties. Over time, I realized there were a lot of homeowners who needed the same kind of help but didn't necessarily need or want to hire a large landscaping company.
That's where Owens Land Services fits in. I can take care of those smaller jobs that still require the right equipment and experience, while keeping things simple, personal, and affordable.
I use well-maintained equipment that's suited for a variety of residential property projects, including driveway grading, rototilling, brush hogging, lawn aeration, and general property maintenance.
Owens Land Services proudly serves Wellington, Ohio, and many of the surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether you're within my service area, just reach out—I'd be happy to discuss your project.
Every property is different. If you have a project in mind, send me a few pictures and a brief description. I'll let you know if it's something I can help with and provide a free estimate.
